| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Management Planning is the process of looking at an organisation goals and creating a plan. It’s a process of assessing a maintenance goals and creating a realistic, detailed plan of action for meeting those goals. <br><br> The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan preventive maintenance activity, review and approve maintenance works, manage material validation requirement, analyse frequency of downtime, authorise maintenance activities, perform manpower planning, plan costing and budgeting and update maintenance report. <br><br> The outcome of this competency is to achieve optimum balance of needs or demands with the available resources according to the organisation procedure and HSSE requirements. |
