This CU also highlights the reporting requirements needed to fulfil such as daily work progress, material usage records and inspection reports. The personnel who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare blasting operation Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Permit To Work (PTW), prepare painting operation Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Permit To Work (PTW), prepare blasting operation report and prepare painting operation report. The outcome from this CU is the requirements for blasting and painting safety documentation and reporting are prepared respectively in accordance with company standard operating procedure and job requirements. |
