| Penerangan CU | Electrical Construction Supervision describes the competency of undertaking field supervision works to deliver project construction works in a safe, timely manner and meeting quality deliverables. The scope includes procurement and construction activities; excludes engineering and commissioning activities. A competent person in this CU shall be able to monitor fabrication work, monitor installation work, monitor work progress, execute Work-Pack, conduct meeting with subordinates, conduct “Line Walk” and prepare Close-Out Report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver quality deliverables safely and within timeline that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to demonstrate high degree of communications and leadership skills. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior having the following competencies: i.technically competent to perform the task. ii.ability for forward planning and visualizing technical challenges. iii.having a good safety conscious of self and others in-mind. |
