A competent person in this Unit shall be able to plan Shariah audit exercise, execute Shariah audit field work exercises, produce Shariah audit reports, present Shariah audit reports to relevant parties and perform monitoring of management action plan implementation. The outcome of this competency is the ability to provide independent assurance on the soundness and the effectiveness of the internal control system for Shariah compliance according to the guidelines and standards issued by BNM and SCM as well as other standard setting bodies such as Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this unit is the ability to provide independent assurance on the soundness and the effectiveness of the internal control system for Shariah compliance according to the guidelines and standards issued by the regulator, BNM as well as other standard setting bodies such as Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) and other external regulatory body. Upon completion of this unit, trainees must be able to:- 1. Plan Shariah audit exercise 2. Execute Shariah audit field work exercises 3. Produce Shariah audit reports 4.
