| Penerangan CU | Shariah Review (SR) describes competency in conducting regular assessments on Shariah compliance levels in the IFI activities and overall business operations on regular basis including the end-to-end product development process which starts from product structuring to product offering. A competent person in this Unit shall be able to plan the annual Shariah review programme, execute Shariah review field work exercise, produce Shariah review reports, and monitor implementation of management action plan. The outcome of this competency is the ability to confirm the activities and operations carried out by the IFI in compliance with Shariahrequirements. |
