| Penerangan CU | Shariah Advisory and Research (SAR) describes the competency to ensure the accountability on Shariah related matters (operations and products) and to conduct comprehensive or in-depth Shariah research on any particular Shariah issue prior to submission to the SC Shariah Committee. It serves as the custodian for records of Shariah rulings and resolutions made by theSCShariahCommitteefor internal research and advisory purposes. A competent person in this Unit shall be able to conduct pre-product approval processes, recommend relevant documentations for approval, evaluate business proposals for resolutions, perform research or in-depth studies on Shariah issues for deliberation by theShariah Committee, provide consultancy to the stakeholders, manage the Shariah Committee meetings, and administer the affairs of Shariah Committee members. The outcome of this competency is the ability to provide day-to-day competent Shariah advice and consultancy to relevant parties based on the regulatory Shariah documents, SAC resolutions, applicable decisions and rulings made by the Shariah Committee from time to time. SC Equally the ability to review and highlight any potential Shariah non-compliant (SNC) elements to the IFI operations in accordance with the Shariah requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | is the ability to provide day-to-day competent Shariah advice and consultancy to relevant parties based on the regulatory Shariah documents, SAC resolutions applicable decisions and rulings made by the Shariah Committee from time to time. Equally the ability to review and highlight any potential Shariah Non-compliant (SNC) elements to the IFI operations in accordance with the Shariah requirements.
