Penerangan CUThe main purpose of Meat Inspection Supervision is to monitor staff attendance and disciplines and to evaluate manpower requirement and staff performance so that necessary trainings would be provided

The person who is competence in this work shall be able to prepare job schedule, perform daily inspection administration, monitor staff performance, provide staff training, produce administration report

The outcome of this competency is to ensure that all works are carried out according to job schedule and company’s SOP, while all reports are produced according to administration requirements.
