He or she will organise manpower, equipment and supplies for a forest plantation mechanised harvesting operation, ensure production targets are achieved and all activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to schedule field operations, organize manpower, materials and logistics, supervise field operations, monitor and report work progress. The outcome of this competency is that mechanised harvesting operations are scheduled, organized and supervised to meet operational targets according to organisational requirements.. |
