| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Mechanised Harvesting Operation He or she will prepare, operate and maintain a mechanised harvesting machine to fell, extract, or process trees and be responsible for all activities related to the operation to ensure that production, quality standards are met as per requirement. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to carry-out prestart inspection, operate a mechanised harvesting machine ( fell, extract or process trees), select, remove and fit mechanical attachments, execute a mechanised harvesting plan, carry out mechanised harvesting quality control and inspect a completed harvesting area for replanting. The outcome of this competency is that an area of forest plantation is harvested/processed using mechanical harvesting technology according to specifications. |
