Penerangan CU | Chocolate artistry is focusing on the production of unique chocolate with creative aesthetic value of the products, without sacrificing the taste and goodness when consumed. Chocolate artistry is a field in food industry, combining confectionary, art and craft. The personnel who are competent in the chocolate artistry shall be able to decorate the finished products, apply art decorative material onto moulded chocolate and modeling chocolate. The outcome of this competency is the ability of the artisan to design chocolate artistry which shall not only entice chocolate lovers but also for the purpose of gifts, souvenirs and centerpieces. By having these skills, the artisan will have better value in workplace |
