| Penerangan CU | Computer system maintenance management is the practice of managing computer system and peripheral in a good state of performance. It refers to the prevention and correction of faults in hardware and software. The maintenance involves inspection, rectification and testing of the computer system The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse computer system maintenance requirements, develop computer system maintenance management plan, troubleshoot computer system, estimate maintenance cost estimate, analyse failure root cause and control maintenance resources in accordance with company SOP and manufacturer instruction manual The outcome of this competency is to prepare good condition of computer system to fulfil user’s requirement |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage preventive and corrective maintenance of computer system to ensure good condition of computer system to meet users’ requirement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: - ? Analyse computer system maintenance requirements ? Develop computer system maintenance plan ? Manage computer system maintenance work ? Manage computer system troubleshooting issues/ failures ? Produce computer system maintenance management report. |
