| Penerangan CU | Computer network installation management refers to an activity in managing network installation work. The objective of computer network installation management is to prepare connection link among users in order them to connect and communicate each other through main distribution frame and server for internet connection, data and information sharing, sending electronic mail (e-mail), teleconferencing and other purposes. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify types of network to be set-up, either LAN, WAN or MAN, interpret network topology, plan and manage network installation work and prepare report in accordance with company SOP and user’s requirement The outcome of this competency is to prepare a link between server and computer system in order them to access to the Internet, to communicate each other and to execute tasks according to user’s requirement. |
