| Penerangan CU | Motor vehicle under carriage inspection is an inspection of king pins and bearings, steering linkages/box/mounting, steering column/idler/sector shaft, radius arm/torsion bar/wish bone arm functionality by using axle play machine and to identify engine leakages, condition of chassis frame/monocoque, wheel house running panel of vehicles and chassis cut and joint in all types of vehicle inspections. Competent vehicle examiner shall be able to inspect under carriage using axle play machine and examine under carriage vehicle using designated equipment and produce inspection report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure vehicle examiner equipped with knowledge and skills to carry out inspection for under carriage by using designated equipment. |
