| Penerangan CU | Motor vehicle side slip inspection refers to an inspection on vehicles alignment of tires and road handling effectiveness. Test are carried out on lateral movement, steering and wheel alignment that affect vehicles road handling to identify possibilities of tires or steering problem. This inspection simulates driving on a straight flat road without touching the steering wheel. This measurement indicates how vehicles deviate to left or right over specify distance. It is carried out during routine, initial and hire purchase inspection. Competent vehicle examiner shall be able to examine and operate equipment for vehicle side slip inspection, inspect equipment condition and functionality and to perform vehicles side slip test. The outcome of this competency is to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of vehicle examiner to carry out vehicle side slip test. |
