Therefore, efficient and pleasant customer service needs is executed according to company’s SOP and policy. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify customer service requirements, carry out passenger handling, handle customer’s enquiries, handle customer complaints and report customer service activities according to customer services procedure and operation requirements.
