The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to control operational documents and evidence, prepare job schedule, perform general HR administration, conduct internal briefing/meeting, carry out subordinate appraisal and conduct on job training/coaching according to company SOP and operation requirements. The outcome of this competency is to enable trainees to perform supervisory skills to support operation according to company’s requirements. . |
