| Penerangan CU | Investigation documentation preparation is the initial process of investigating if there was a misconduct committed by the ticket issuer. If any discrepancies are found, therefore further submission to related department will take place. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review ticket inspection report, analyse information and evidence and prepare initial investigation report according to investigation procedure and company SOP. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the reliable data and evidence submitted is sufficient and concrete enough for Domestic Inquiry (DI) process |
