| Penerangan CU | The special surveillance operations is the process of monitoring the ticket issuer as well as passenger behaviour and various on board activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify special surveillance requirements, monitor operation activities in vehicle, perform disciplinary action and prepare special surveillance report according to surveillance procedures and operation requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure smooth operation and prevention measures by monitoring day to day operation activities. |
