| Penerangan CU | Ticket inspection operation refers to the act of ensuring that passengers have a valid ticket and issuing penalty fares to passengers who travel without or invalid ticket (cash or cashless). The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify ticket inspection requirements, perform ticket inspection, perform preliminary investigation, disciplinary action and prepare ticket inspection report according to company SOP. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that company revenue is protected. |
