| Penerangan CU | Project management is the application of knowledge skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirement. There are several phases which is used as a guide from start to finish in a project ; defining, planning, organizing, directing and checking and controlling are approaches uses as a guide in a project. Each phase is defined a set of deliverables which are written and communicated and later measured as the project outcome. The competent person will be able to apply the role of a project manager by to ensure good and efficient delivery of product and services. This CU covers activities such as identify project requirements, organize project support, monitor project progress, manage project team, manage project quality and evaluate project outcomes. The outcome of this CU is the development of competencies to manage offshore structure project. |
