| Penerangan CU | Total Quality Management describes the competency in establishing and managing a laboratory quality management system which conforms to international medical laboratory accreditation standards. A competent person in this CU shall be able to establish a quality management system, manage internal quality control (IQC), manage external quality assurance (EQA), perform risk management and estimate measurement of uncertainty (MU). The outcome of this competency is to ensure the proper establishment and management of the laboratory Quality Management System and quality programmes and processes to ensure laboratory service is of high quality in accordance to international medical laboratory accreditation standards. |
