| Penerangan CU | Laboratory Operation Management describes the competency in managing the general laboratory administrative operations that support the main functions of the laboratory. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage the functionality of laboratory information system (LIS), manage laboratory finance, manage laboratory personnel, manage procurement of equipment, reagent and consumables; analyze laboratory data and statistics; manage biological, chemical and radiation safety; and handle hazardous incidents. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the laboratory personnel is able to manage the administrative operations to ensure high efficiency, cost effectiveness, productivity and laboratory safety in accordance to international standards. |
