| Penerangan CU | Designing a complete system is a difficult task. Designers use an alternative approach that subdivides a system into smaller parts called modules and then plugged them together. These moduled parts can be independently created in a way that the different components of the system can be designed separately and tested in separate conditions. This will not only help to reduce cost, time and monitoring activities but also help make the manufacturing process easier and adaptive to change. The competent person will be able to divide the complex system and structure into components and apply mechanisms to put/plug the components together. The CU covers activities such as determine offshore design structures, produce Master Deliverables Register/List (MDR/MDL), produce modules and check and verify moduled drawings prepared. The outcome of this CU is the development of competencies to prepare structure design modules. |
