| Penerangan CU | This is one of the most crucial steps in any project. Without well-defined requirements, no planning can be made, no fabrications or manufacturing process will occur, suppliers don’t know what to supply, and there is no way of evaluating the outcomes of the project. Technical and other requirements must be sufficiently understood to develop project budgets and mobilize resources needed and commit to project activities. The competent person will be able to interpret the requirement and functional specifications and is focused on the intended users. This CU covers activities such as determine scope of work, determine project material requirements and determine project concept requirements. The outcome of this CU is the development of competencies to analyze engineering project and identify specifications. |
