| Penerangan CU | Water treatment facility supervisory function describes the competency of the personnel to provide oversight for all administrative activities in an intended outcome and timeline. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare job schedule, carry out subordinate appraisal, conduct in-house training, monitor sub-contractor testing & commissioning works, conduct health safety & environment and tool box meeting, carry out replacement/spare parts inventory & requisition activities and carry out unit budget preparation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure administrative, health, safety and environment awareness activities conducted efficiently, staff training and developments coordinated effectively in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. |
