| Penerangan CU | In this competency there are two elements of supervisory technical and human. Design drawings supervision is a complex mix of technical knowledge, technical skills, and methodology and human competencies. Good supervisory will help to improve the quality of the organization. At the basic level, supervision is that moment when quality of a process and activities being executed are observed, what needs to be corrected is corrected, problems detected, and then solve problems or prevent future problems. The competent person will be able to apply the technical and supervisory skills to ensure good and efficient delivery of product and services. This CU covers quite a range of activities from identify project details specifications, monitor design drawing quality, monitor scheduled design drawing activities, implement task and solve project related problems, monitor work progress as well as evaluate project results. The outcome of this CU is the development of competencies to supervise offshore structure design drawings preparation. |
