The person who is competent in multimedia programming shall be able to access multimedia programming needs, prepare multimedia programming environment, perform multimedia programming coding and carryout multimedia programming evaluation. The outcome of this competency is to produce competent multimedia programming with a successful mix of Computing and Design expertise to meet the needs in industry. |
