| Penerangan CU | Supervision covers many functions including work planning and delegation, work flow coordination, provision of technical assistance and support as well as resolving problems within the work unit supervised. This CU describes supervision in the daily piping fabrication operation activities in the oil and gas industry. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review piping fabrication scope of work, organise piping fabrication activities, supervise spool fabrication and installation work, piping fabrication work progress, production team and prepare production progress reports. The outcome of this CU is the development of competencies required by a supervisor in enhancing work productivity and job quality in accordance with piping fabrication and project specifications for the oil and gas industry. |
