Penerangan CUAgriculture & Agriculture & Agro-based products e-marketing management is the business feasibility function of the organization using web medium to send ads, request business, or solicit sales. It is the application of marketing mix or a set of processes for creating, delivering and communicating value to customers, and managing customer relationships in ways to creating benefit for the organization. The profession includes the international communication with carefully targeted consumers using web-based infrastructure to obtain response and cultivate lasting customers relationship whereby the general term for buying and selling process is supported by electronic means

The person who is competent in agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing management shall be able to assess agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing needs, prepare agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing strategy, establish web-based systems, carry out agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing, maintain agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing programme and maintain agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing documentation.

The outcome of this competency unit is to enable agriculture & agro-based products and service are explored to the target segment to secure the business entities in returns.

There are no specific pre-requisite for this competency unit. However, the solicitation function in securing business potential and sales segment through agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing protocol are required to be made adhered to Agriculture trade and promotional regulatory, Domestic Trade and Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission legislative requirement in their respective regulatory

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out the business feasibility function of the organization using web medium to send ads, request business, or solicit sales. It is the application of marketing mix or a set of processes for creating, delivering and communicating agriculture & agro-based products’ value to customers, and managing customer relationships in ways to secure benefit in returns for the organization. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:
• Assess agriculture & agro-based products consumers’ needs
• Prepare agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing strategy
• Establish web-based systems
• Carry out agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing
• Maintain agriculture & agro-based products e-marketing programme
