The outcome of this competency is to develop the human resource programs and activities that will support the key business strategies and objectives of the dealership, recommend, design, plan, coordinate and implement a full range of human resource services in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee orientation, organizational development, performance management, training, execution of company policies, and employment law compliance, develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures, partner with managers and supervisors to ensure accurate interpretation and fair application of sales and marketing operation policies and procedures. |
