Penerangan CUAgriculture & Agro-based products training management is the management function for development and enrichment of staff capability in their occupation. They may include work function to render skills, knowledge, competency and ethics of conduct development activities, empowerment program and technology enhancement for subordinate. It is the service chartered of the agriculture & agro-based products sales & marketing competency are catered and accomplished and provide appropriate coaching, facilities familiarization, training and application ensuring service operation and processes are implemented with optimum abilities to ensuring the practices relate to and meeting professional services.

The person who is competent in this agriculture & agro-based products training management shall be able to carry out the training need analysis, design training strategy, develop training programme, conduct training programme, evaluate training programme effectiveness and report the training programme to the stake holder

The outcome of this competency unit is to enable the standards and compliances of practice in agriculture & agro-based products sales & marketing personnel are made competent to be accredited for employment. They is no specific pre-requisite in this competency unit, however the competency based learning should adhere to the Technical & Vocational Educational and Training( TVET ) requirement.

Pra-SyaratThere is no specific prerequisite for this competency unit. However the Agro-based products Sales Showroom Operation should complying with legislative compliances which includes the operating permits, licenses and governance requirements
