Penerangan CUAgriculture & Agro-based products advertising & promotion management is also known as marketing communication is a management function to ensure agriculture & agro-based products sales & marketing are achieve using various promotion mix and tools for specific blend of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relation, and marketing tools that organization are accomplished with the aided and support for developing effective communication. They may include the integrated marketing communication using various elements of communication process for developing buyer-readiness environment on agriculture & agro-based products acceptance

The person who is competent in agriculture & agro-based products advertising & promotion management shall be able to determine agriculture & agro-based product characteristics, plan advertising & promotional strategy, consolidated advertising & promotional programme, evaluate effectiveness of advertising & promotional programme and prepare advertising & promotional programme development report

The outcome of this competency unit is to enable broad communication channel are solicited for overall advertising and promotion operation. They is no specific pre-requisite for this competency unit, however the advertising and promotion media and medium should be made adhered to legislative and regulatory requirement.

Pra-SyaratThere is no specific prerequisite for this competency unit. However the Agro-based products advertising and promotion management should adhere to legislative compliances such as MCMC, Local Authorities, and DOSH governance requirements
