| Penerangan CU | Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Risk Control is a continuing process to mitigate the adverse effects of loss from piping maintenance job activities. It is a top priority in Oil & Gas sector due to the complexity and project scale. It involves various tasks which are risk identification, assessment of those risks that would harm workers, and company’s performance and reputation. The person who is competent in HSE Risk Control shall be able to identify risks related to the HSE, assess HSE risks, control HSE risks and monitor HSE risks according to company’s procedure, and regulatory bodies’ requirement. The outcome of this competency is to eliminate or control risks that would give negative impact to the project and company and to ensure the project is successfully completed according to the contract specification and company’s procedure and regulatory bodies’ requirements. |
