Penerangan CUJob Order is a document that specify and detail out piping job. It is prepared by Superintendent, the level 5 personnel. Job Order Management involve project planning, project implementation and project closure.

In the planning stage, the tasks include manpower planning, material, and equipment estimation, budgeting and work schedule. The personnel need to monitor the project progress when the project is executed. Monitoring tasks involve budget controlling, work schedule monitoring, problem solving, risk mitigation, changing of job scope, incident handling, manpower performance and project reporting. While project closure refers to the handing over the deliverables to your customer, passing the documentation to the business, cancelling supplier contracts, releasing staff and equipment, and informing stakeholders of the closure of the project. After the project/job order has been closed, a Post Implementation Review is conducted to determine the project’s success and identify the lessons learned.

The person who is competent in Job Order Management shall be able to prepare job order, manage project/ job order execution and handle project / job order closure according to company’s procedure, and regulatory bodies’ requirement.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure job order or project is successfully executed and completed according to the contract specification and company’s procedure.
