| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Staff Development Management. He or she is the person at the work area to manage staff development in the workshop. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare job description, determine staff capability, evaluate staff performance, plan staff training requirements, prepare staff appraisal recommendation report and submit recommendation report to management. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent production planning & control according to production requirement as per company’s policy, rules and regulation. |
