| Penerangan CU | QMI Construction Personnel Competency Assurance describes the competency in the establishment of manpower for the QMI business needs based to Company’s policy. A competent person in this CU shall be able to organise staff training needs analysis, manage contractor’s manpower competency, organise technical staff recruitment and manage staff coaching & mentoring. The outcome of this competency is managing manpower in meeting the challenging competencies requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand market trends in QMI scope of works. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.able to understand basic labour law. ii.able to scout talent. iii.impartial attitude in staff development and promotion. |
