| Penerangan CU | QMI Construction Schedule Management describes the competency in managing project construction progress and work delays in a productive and cost effective manner. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage construction work delay, plan construction work coordination, manage construction resources and monitor job progress report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to optimise resources for productive and cost effective deliveries. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the work process and technically understand the resources requirements for each QMI project construction tasks as well as interfaces from other disciplines. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good understanding of work process. ii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. iii.good planning and scheduling skills. iv.able to understand work activities of other discipline affecting the QMI scope. |
