In order to comply with the requirements, the personnel need to understand roles and responsibilities of crew team as well as identified risks. The competent person will be able to adhere to all rules and regulations pertaining to HSE requirements. This CU covers activities such as monitor assigned crew roles and responsibilities, coordinate pre-tour safety meetings, carry out JSA prepared. The outcome of the competency to be able to supervise compliance with health, safety and environment policies and procedures. |
