A competent person in water sample registration shall be able to check water sample condition, register water sample and assign sample for distribution. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the received water sample is in good condition for analysis and its information systematically recorded in accordance with APHA standard method/ National Water Quality Guideline (MS ISO 5667) requirement. |
