| Penerangan CU | A supervisor performs many functions including work planning and delegation, work flow coordination, provision of technical assistance and support as well as resolving problems within the work unit supervised. This CU covers supervision in the daily structure fabrication operation activities in the oil and gas industry. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review structure fabrication scope of work, organise production process, supervise structure fabrication, assembly and erection work, structure fabrication work progress, production team and prepare supervision reports. The outcome of this CU is the development of competencies required by a supervisor in enhancing work productivity and job quality in accordance with structure fabrication and project specifications for the oil and gas industry. |
