| Penerangan CU | Risk Survey and Risk Improvement aims to identify all aspects of risk exposure to the business. Risk survey is carried out by assessing and evaluating manufacturing process flow from raw materials to finished goods, housekeeping practice, storage, equipment and machinery maintenance practice, occupational safety, health and environment practice, etc. Through interview, observation and review company’s record. Risk exposure factors are analysed and possible loss (EML, PML, etc) is estimated and computed. The survey findings are documented in a Risk Survey Report which is used by Underwriter in deciding retention limit. Based on the survey findings, various improvements are proposed to the applicant to reduce business loss. The person who is competent in Risk Survey and Risk Improvement shall be able to prepare risk survey planning, conduct risk survey and prepare risk survey report according to company’s guidelines. The outcome of this competency is to identify detail risks exposure, estimate possible loss and propose improvement measures to the applicant to prevent or reduce business loss. |
