He / She is responsible in identifying waste, inconsistency process and irrationality factor occur in the operation in order to improve the operation ratio. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Eliminate the Waste (muda), overcome the Inconsistency(mura) and avoid Irrationality(muri). The outcome of this CU is workers able to improve the production output and reduce waste in the production line. |
