He or She is responsible in performing thorough accident investigation and recognise important information for reporting process. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor emergency response activities, perform accident investigation and prepare accident investigation preliminary reports. The outcome of this competency is zero recurrence of accidents is achieved, accident data is evaluated and analysed in reducing accident with lesson learnt. |
