| Penerangan CU | The competency unit title describes the competency in nursery operation management. He or she is responsible to manage all the operation activities in nursery in according to company's procedure and in compliance with rules and regulation required which include OSHA, Pesticide Act, environmental act, MPOB requirements, Jabatan Perhilitan, Jabatan Tanah dan Galian, Local Authority. The person is competent shall be able to analyse nursery operation management requirement, manage nursery operational cost, manage nursery maintenance activities, manage nursery work schedule and , manage nursery stock inventory, carry out nursery seedling production performance assessment and prepare nursery operation administration report The outcome of this competency is to ensure all the operation work in nursery will be run smoothly as per organisation planning |
