| Penerangan CU | The competency unit title describes the competency in plantationupkeep and cultivation monitoringHe or she is responsible to monitor plantation upkeep and cultivation activities to ensure the oil palm division are in good condition and control in compliance with organisation annual target, oil palm organisation manual, principles and criteria in Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Environmental Act 1976 and Malaysian Agriculture Producers Association (MAPA)/ NUPW. The person is competent shall be able identify operation upkeep cultivation requirement, monitor upkeep and cultivation activities, monitor work activities as per budget, evaluate the effectiveness upkeep cultivation activities and prepare upkeep and cultivation effectiveness report The outcome of this competency is to ensure the division upkeep and cultivation activities will be monitored accordingly |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure the division upkeep and cultivation activities will be monitored accordingly. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1) Identify operation upkeep and cultivation requirement 2) Monitor upkeep and maintenance for immature and mature area 3) Monitor plantation upkeep and cultivation activities 4) Monitor safety and health requirements compliance 5) Monitor plantation security requirements 6) Monitor environmental care requirements 7) Evaluate the effectiveness of upkeep and cultivation activities 8) Prepare plantation upkeep and cultivation monitoring report |
