He or she is responsible to carry out operation planning for their oil palm division in compliance with organisation annual target, oil palm organisation manual and principles & criteria in Round table on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) The person is competent shall be able to identify division annual crop production, plan work programme, plan manpower requirement, plan vehicles& implements usage, evaluate operational planning effectiveness and prepare operational planning effectiveness report The outcome of this competency is to ensure division operation activities is planned relevantly to accomplish organisation annual target |
