| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in supervisory functions for forest plantation ground Based harvesting operations. He or she is responsible in organising, equipment and supplies for a forest plantation ground based harvesting operation, ensure production targets are achieved and all activities comply with SOP. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to schedule field operations, organize manpower, materials and logistics, supervise field operations, monitor and report work progress. The outcome of this competency is that all ground based harvesting operations are scheduled, organized and supervised to meet operational targets according to organisational requirement. |
