| Penerangan CU | Music Ensemble Leading are activities of heading, organising and coordinating a traditional, rhythm or contemporary music ensemble comprises of a group of musician playing with different instruments in any music performance in accordance with any given instruction by the organisation where this personnel serves. The personnel who are competent in the Music Ensemble Leading shall be able to coordinate music ensemble requirements, coordinate music practice, lead music practice session, lead music performance rehearsal, lead music ensemble performance and evaluate music ensemble performance. The outcome of this competency is to have a highly knowledge and skilled personnel who can lead a very well-coordinated music performance producing excellent and harmonious sound quality, highly disciplined musicians and appreciated by the clients and audiences. |
