He/she is responsible in monitoring work progresses, conduct lecture and demonstration for staff, ensure safety practices and supervise interior and exterior building works.The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able supervise set building works, supervise set building allocation and supervise pre fabricated pieces. The outcome of this competency is installation and maintenance works are inspected, training program is accessed and evaluate, building works is supervised and four steps of set building process works are supervised. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit (CU) is installation and maintenance works are inspected, training program is accessed and evaluate, building works is supervised and four steps of set building process works are supervised. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Monitor work progress 2. Conduct staff training 3. Perform staff appraisal 4. Implement safety measures at workplace 5.
