| Penerangan CU | Pure microalgae culture coordination is a component of microalgae production to produce and maintain pure inoculum of microalgae. It is an initiative within the production management to ensure continuity in pure microalgae production with desired microalgae characteristics free from contamination in the microalgae production industry. The person who is competent in pure microalgae culture coordination shall be able to preserve microalgae inoculum and strain collection, assess equipment functionality, check materials, medium and chemicals availability, monitor pure microalgae culture and maintain pure microalgae culture according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The outcome of this competency is to enable long-term preservation and sustainable culture of pure microalgae in accordance with operational standard operating procedures. |
